When I got CIII in December I found that it would not work on my Dell Inspiron laptop despite the fact that it appeared to be well over min. requirements.
I seem to remember that lots of other people had video problems with 3 and laptops. Anyway finally got it to work but only when I had the laptop running to an external 17" monitor. Fine but no portability of course.
After installing the latest patch however thought I would try again, without monitor and it works.
Has something been changed in the new patch or maybe I just stumbled on the right settings somehow?
