Colors not working???

I sometimes start or load a game and all my colors are wrong, and the correct color flashes on my units. The culture borders are also just gray, all the units are blue, when they're not flashing. Does anyone else get this bug.

This never happened to me. If you post a save people could try to reproduce it.

It doesn't happen on I particular game or save. It seems like it only happens when, the disc wasn't in the CD-tray when the computer starts, if I put the Civ3 cd in after it starts I get a weird color bug.

Post a screenshot too. It could just be a memory glitch with DirectX.
