Wotan49, thank you very much for your good work.

The problem with four-stacker destroyers (4 Schornsteine) is, that many navies in WW2 had no such destroyers with 4 funnels (among them the Kriegsmarine). It is mainly a unit for US and British use.

For a general use in CCM 2.6 in combination with the Flintlock mod, I want to give the new convoy units the defense stats of the CCM light cruisers. Therefore the WW1 convoy with the protected cruiser is ideal for the next version of CCM. For an early WW2 convoy a light cruiser in combination with the wonderful freighters, created by Delta_Strife, would be ideal (may be one with the German CL Karlsruhe, which escorted a troop convoy during Operation Weserübung) and one with a British (or US) CL.

Civinator :thanx:

the CL Karlsruhe is worth a try, for the Allies the USS Omaha Class CL WW2
planned a convoy with Raptor Class TB 1923 or Fleet Torpedo Boat 1940 Class TB for Germany
for Japan the Wakatake Class DD 1923 after conversion DE 1939

All your plans are great, for CCM especially those with the light cruisers. :)

The US Omaha-class light cruiser would be good as a convoy escort, as would the British C and D class light cruisers from World War One.
