I would like to have to option to auto accept (green) or decline (red) any communication with a civ.
In order to avoid being spammed by an endlessly repetitive AI.
This could be done by clicking the civ leader avatar when it's regarding to all matters.
If you would however keep an open line for certain subjects, you can indicate them individually.
This will give the civ avatar an orange circle.
And add a red or green circle/marker for matters of a military, science, culture, trade, or religion nature.
The same logic would be applied to the new world congress.
If you attend personally, the indicator is green.
If you are delegating this to a diplomat, click the indicator to set it, the indicator will then be red.
