Capitalism for economic progress. Low taxes and "minimum welfare" for maximizing individual responsibility. Money in private hands are more efficient than in government. Government regulation under technocracy will be more efficient. However, the principle that government spending (as a percentage of the GDP) is low has to be fiercely uphold.
