Same here, two games on normal speed, ratcatchers guild founded turn 14 both times.

The Elohim can see all the unique faetures from the beginning of the game.
That's their special ability, working as intended.
Here's all of the above. I put the XML file in a zip folder for transfer:
had a Multiplayer Game again today with 0.30b. No OOS in the whole game, with pretty everything happens, all religions, Esus/Emperian meeting, Hyborem/Basium etc. Runs smooth all the Time.
But, as Kuriotate i couldn´t choose if a City become a City or a Settlement. The first 5 became Citys the rest Settlements...
Patch 'B'
1. Luchuirp Golden Hammers cannot be set down again once picked up. (Is this a design choice?)
2. AI seems to favor casting world spells very early to little effect. 'For the Horde' and 'Wild Hunt' in particular, I've noticed.
3. Not all guild icons show up on the main screen map beneath cities where they are present.
