Forbidden Palace

We only need to capture 1 more city before we can build the Forbidden Palace.

I guess that we want to build it on the Japanese continent so that we can get some production going over there, but which city do we build it in?

Samarra: will allow us the start the FP quickest
Oxford: will be most central on the Japanese continent
Kyoto: ?

We will want to rush an Airport in Samarra ASAP, but could start building after that but apart from that do we start building it by hand as soon as we can rushing if we get a MGL or wait until we get a MGL and build other things in the meantime?

Well, TB is up next and he's pretty lucky, as far as Great Leaders go. And I thought we had given Oxford half a nod as the FP location.

I would think culture in Samarra first and wait to see if we get a GL soon.

Hopefully we'll get a MGL quickly after we learn fission. Building the FP by hand would take quite a long time. The FP in Oxford for getting 3 productive cities over there would be good.

I too prefer Oxford which will allow us a liitle time to hopefully get a MGL first.
