It seems that the relationship lines "layer" of the screen is being drawn upside-down:
i.e., all the peace lines connecting to the Mystery Civ should instead be connecting Lincoln to the three other visible civs. Also note that the legend on the right is similarly messed up for War, RoP, etc.
I'm playing Vanilla 1.29f, and I've already reinstalled the game and updated my video drivers. I am using a no-CD .exe since I ran into the glitch, but I doubt that's causing the problem.
Any thoughts?
