Free market status of airwaves - should they be privatised / free-marketised ?

Yeah, I knew that much.

So, if there is a powerful transmitter and a weaker one on the same frequency, would they interfere as usual, or would the powerful one win out?

Within the range of the weaker transmitter there would be interference, but not in the rest of the range of the powerful one.

It´s usual wave mechanics.
