How do you install a leaderhead/mod in Civ4/Warlords/BtS?

Does anyone know how to install a leaderhead or mod in any edition of Civ4 (not Colonization) I am learning how to mod, but I downloaded a bunch of leaderheads and mods from here and I don't know how to install them. Any help out there?
