I have a problem of running modbuddy

This text of msgbox is that
"The automatically saved settings file 'c:\users\dell\documents\firaxis modbuddy\Settings\ModBuddy\CurrentSettings-2024-03-14.vssettings' is not available for write. You can change this file on the 'Import and Export Settings' Tools Options page."

How can I solve it? Please help me.
