Idea: Four Superpowers

So reporting back on the four superpower game, it went well until we figured out that you could only really play with 3 civs. (in 1776 when America turned up). I was unanimously declared winner and the game was dropped for a series of smaller games that lasted two days.

Since some people have reported being able to play with 4 civs, I think RFC might just require more processing power or network bandwidth for extra players - or maybe dumb luck?

Is it the LogMeIn Hamachi?
And if it is, do I take Managed or Unmanaged?
