So I have invention but don't see it under my wonders, i've also saved a great builder but i heard that you can not rush it? CONFUSED!

A Great Builder can complete all wonders except for the UN and the World Bank. If you don't see Leo's available after researching Invention it's probably because another Civ has built it first.
