Mod or method to change global interface color?

I've been playing Civ V since launch and while I love Brave New World and couldn't go back to vanilla, I do miss the color scheme in vanilla. I'm nostalgic for that blue and silver vs the green/tan of BNW. Does anyone know how to mod this, or whether it's already been done? I've googled around but found nothing.

Personally I have pretty low skills for this kind of thing. I edited a lua to allow unit renaming way back in the early days, but that's about it and it was a lot of trial and error. I wouldn't even know where to look for color settings.

All I can find is for changing the colors for civilizations and changing symbols/icons.
