Yeah, since GingerAle is likely almost to Guilds anyway, I'd certainly trade it around to get as much as I can for it. Then you might want to think about putting those Camel Archers to good use against the Japanese.
But I'm not sure where Tokugawa is at on the Power Graph in relation to you?
