According to the official forums, the 1.20 patch is not out yet. Some people have reported getting a small patch on the Xbox 360, but it's unclear exactly what that patch is. I haven't got it yet myself, but some people over on the 2K forums were guessing it may have been a re-download of the 1.10 patch.
