Okay let's start a game where picking favorites has less value
Here your picks are reflected by odds, you get less for probable outcomes (and much more for unlikely ones).

I looked up how american odds work cos i guess it's what most of you are familiar with..seems easy enuf.
Negative numbers (here only on Giggles wins) are just 25 won for 100 placed at -400 (i think).
Disclaimer: real world gambling is dangerous..stay away unless you really know what you are doing.

Everybody has 1000 credits and you can divide them however you like.
Example: you can place all on Mao makes first place (and get 7000 if he wins), and play nothing else. Or put roughly 300 in each category. Or all 1000 in one category (but on several leaders)..anything.

I will see how much work this is later before promising another for game 5
(if it continues credit results carry over + another fresh 1000)
Please use easier to manage amounts if possible (like 100 credits instead of 88).

So, how to translate that in Vegas terms...

+1000 = risk 500 win 5000.
+700 = 500x7 win 3500
-200 = 500/2 win 250
