nail-clippers or scissors?

think before you answer,and please explain?i go for nail-clipper,and also i use it so it seems that i'm almost biting my nails.but i think this problem could open another thread.

I used other nails for the job done once too but I stopped for seveal reasons:
1. It took too long, especially the thumbs
2. I sometimes pealed too deep and that causes pain
3. I could never get the last nail trimmed, as the others were now too short.
4. What about toenails?

Today, I use scissors for the hands and clippers for the feet

And for those who are claiming that nothing can be learned from these forums:
The average hand nail grows 4 times faster than its foot partner.

For my fingernails I use my teeth and my other fingers, for my toenails I use my fingers and my swiss army knife (which I've been using solely for this for the last year or two.) Both are probably bad ideas and I often end up bleeding or at least hurting, but apparently not enough to make me stop yet.
