The problem is that to get the library up by turn ~45, it needs to be built before a settler.... If there is a good commerce site for a second city, then a second city up earlier (delaying the library) would work. Of course, if I am builbing math with the first GS, then the library can be delayed, but...
The academy is worth 12 gpt... There is no way a seconc city is going to pull that much in... Realisitically, the best it can have is a gold mine (8), center square (1), and another 1 or 1 1 coin squares....
