no Barbarian option in the Editor not working

Here's a pic of my scenario, you'll notice the barbarians, even though I selected the option "no Barbarians" in the Editor. shouldn't it mean that no Barbarian camps will appear in the game?
(as always download the scenario in my signature to start the sav game...)

The barbarian activity will always be set to the last generated random map prior to starting the scenario. There is no other work around for this other than to instruct players to do that.
