Patch 1.03.18: Statue of Zeus saying requires Honor

Post the new patch, the text for the Statue of Zeus claims it can only be built after unlocking the Honor policy. I assume this isn't true in G&K - and the text for the Honor policy doesn't state it unlocks the Statue - but I'd already unlocked Honor by the time I could build the Statue of Zeus.

Is this an error?

It will be true when BNW is unlocked, but isn't true in G&K.

So if I have G&K without BNW do I have to have honor to get the bonus?

No. Just fired up a new G&K game (disabled BNW) and beelined Bronze Working. I was able to start building Statue of Zeus without Honor.

Yeah, I had it open to build too but does it give you the bonus when attacking cities? It should say so in the bonus/percentage list.
