Patch to fix a crash with Varietas Delectat on v1.16.7

There have been reports of a crash when either:

1. Winning the game
2. Retiring from the game

These crashes only occur when Varietas Delectat is installed and are caused by an incorrect path to a soundtrack file. I have fixed it in the VD codebase but that will only take effect once I create a new installer, which will happen with the next release only (v1.16.8 or v1.17.0, depending).

In the meantime, if you are using Varietas Delectat, please download this patch and unpack it into your "RFC Dawn of Civilization" folder. You should expect one file to be overwritten, which you have to agree to.
