What did happened to this wonderful initiative? Very complex scenario, but given how slow typical PBEM games progress I might enjoy spending couple of hours analyzing the situation . My only request is -- don't make Yerevan Barbarian City!

I was always wondering why do the European WW2 scenario creators end up with a small overcrowded Europe, with Atlantic Ocean, Sahara and Tundra occupying almost 2/3 of a map. Civ 3 had building with an ability to create units, those could represent American reinforcements. Any map should support at least 20 most populous cities of Third Reich...
