PBEM - trading with humans

Unable to renegotiate trade deal with human player. Luxury trade appears to be attached to peace (not intentionally). When I attempt to renegotiate peace the game CRASHES.

Have a save but it is an ongoing game.

Workaround: don't renegotiate trades - declare war.

I did notice a similar problem with the last PTW PBEM game I played. Has anyone noticed this problem?

Can send save by PM if anyone want to look but prefer not to post the save for a couple of weeks.
