permanent alliance dilpo effects

I havn't played much with this checked, though I am finding that it makes life above emperor much more reasonable...at least it can. However...

How does getting a permanent alliance affect hidden modifiers? I just had Roose vote for my opponent in a diplo vic vote when I had him + 12 and the opponent(Hatty) was only +5!

Probably the average of relations.

Was Roose a vassal?

So the relation on the victory screen do not show the average - just the attitute towrads me? makes sense.

No, not a vassal.

For purposes that check the attitude number (pretty much only voting), it's the average number.

For everything else, it's the average attitude, rounded down. (Pleased + Cautious) / 2 = Cautious.
