Caravans get +50% range: So if this makes it a default 15 hex range, does a Caravansary make it 22 (or 23)?

Also, does their ability to spread religion faster also apply to internal routes?

I have no idea regarding this, but percent (in civ) are usually added before applying them (to the base value).

I'm pretty sure that the spread religion mechanic applies to internal trade routes.

Math is almost always additive so for arabia

15..20 with Caravansarry

with Combustion tech
30..40 with Caravanssary
