I have put the folder of Religion and Revolution into the MODS section but the game is not detecting it. And when I try to run the patch 1.01f I get a message that says that no version of Civ 4 Colonization can be detected. How do I solve these problems?

There is no reason to use RaR anymore. Development stopped, but a new mod called We the People started based on where RaR ended. So far WTP is RaR with more than 40 bugfixes, but not really any new or changed features.
