I think there's slight confusion how it works. There can be four different navies in the Eastern Med for all I care. Say that the Holy Land, Egypt, you, and Yugoslavia had navies in the area and the Holy Land and you went to war, unless one of you send an attacking navy into the area, your defensive navies would actually battle. One of the many interesting things I found out about my own ruleset.

You can't sell the Eastern Med unless you were forcibly keeping people out.

Also, yes. They will. They don't want to sell to a Socialist but they don't feel like holding onto Atlantic territory. What's the offer?

Dose three xp work? Also as of right now Egypt, Israel, and Spain are blocked from EMed until they kiss and makeup. General Bloodstain is tired of these stupid disputes in the Middle East.

BTW: I can guarantee you there will never be another war on the Suez. Imagine a world with no war. It will be reality in 10 years.
