SBB : storyboard builder

I have only used this once, years ago. How do i get it to generate an animation out of a series of bmp files?

I'm having an issue with re-sizing units in the multi-unit storyboard builder. Resizing not only changes the unit size, but the storyboard size as well. Thus, the finished bmp does not fit into the pcx generated from FLICster. So I tried making a new FLICster animation with the new frame size, and then pasted the bmp into the new pcx. This method, though, also crashes FLICster and does not work. All pcxs are properly indexed, and I've had no issues with creating multi-figures without changing the size. What am I missing here? Thanks.
