Selling specialist buildings

Can somebody tell me how you sell specialist buildings. I figured out how to sell other buildings, but the specialists buildings dont show up in the building tab, only above in the specialist building tab. But there I cannot click them to sell - only right click to get the pedia on them.

Maybe you already sold a non-specialist building in that city that turn?

Maybe you can not have any specialists assigned to that building?

You have to click the just to the side of the specialists circles to get the sell pop-up. I know this because I've misclicked trying to add specialists many times and get the sell confirmation pop-up.
