I'm hung on "finishing". I think it does that when someone joins when another is either leaving or still joining and not completely launched. No way to avoid that unfortunately.

What do you mean dropped? if the civ was not available for selection it was just because someone were in the game already...

I got to the choose civ stage and saw they were missing. So I didn't go further in case something wasn't right. So it only meant they were logged in at the time right?
