I know its been asked before but I just cant seem to locate it.
Is there a mod that will slow down tech research yet leave everything else as it is? I like playing on Epic speed but, the tech still is just way too fast for my taste.
Before I get to enjoy a certain setting, or heck even a few battles units are getting obsolete. Its always been one of my few issues with this game.
