Some features greyed out... (BUG 4.4)

I'm using the most recent BUG as the platform on which to build my own personal mod, which is for the most part strictly graphical. This way the two are integrated right from the get go. However, I installed BUG 4.4 and in an unmodded state many of the features are greyed out when trying to configure the settings in-game.

I downloaded the most recent BAT to see if it had the same problem but it did not. Any help would be appreciated as I most definitely want these inaccessible features implemented...I tried stripping down my install of the BAT (getting rid of Varietas Delectat, Blue Marble, etc.) however that was very messy and ultimately lead to the game crashing.

You need to have BULL (the Bug DLL) for those features to work.

Oh wow duh, should of done a little more research...I had no idea that's what BULL was.

If you hover over any of those features, it should say that BULL is required. Now, it doesn't go into what that really means, but ya at least there's some sort of explanation.
