Is it possible to code so that embarked land units don't prevent sea tiles from being worked? If they can't pillaged sea-tiles, I'm not sure why they'd be able to prevent sea tiles from being worked, it seems inconsistent.
Another QoL idea. An overlay that highlights all of my towns and villages and show me which ones are getting "road benefits" and which ones are getting "TR benefits".
