Succession Game - Hot Culture Day

Abudabulabu, any word?

I think WD and I are in agreement that we shouldn't build-up military to join the war (but make sure we aren't vulnerable to an attack!) as we are reasonably happy with our territory as it stands now.

I will post the save tommorrow, i'm not at my computer right now. I will let you two play your sets, then i will see if you're gonna skip me again. A ton of work right now, sorry :-(

Got it, I'll play either tonight or tomorrow (Wed)

I haven't looked at the save yet, but feel free to throw up some discussion if you can.

Make that tonight, Thursday. I've played an SG a night for the last two nights. Unfortunately this is on the bottom of the totem pole since it seems to move at a snails pace anyways

Sorry for the delay team. My daughter got sick this weekend and I have not been sleeping at all.:( She is doing well now, so I finally got a chance to play again. I should have posted a note, I'll try to remember in the future. Man, having a 6 month old is not easy.

Well here's our cultural improvement over the last 10 turns...

Education will be in this turn. I pretty much ignored WD's suggestion to go MC/Machinery. Sorry about that. I'd suggest that getting Monarchy rocking pretty quick to get the wines going would be a decent idea.

Oops, I guess the save would be useful...

No problem, family on first place :)

Nice set, good that entire continent is o our religion!

And BTW could you please tell me which autolog are you using? I had some old version, but this seems pretty cool and advanced.

EDIT: i think it is WD's turn now, just a reminder.

I'm just using the autolog that come with BUG. That report was from 3.6, but I have 4.0 on my other computer and it seems to be the same.

I didn't really build any of the +50% religion buildings, but I started the Synagogue in Pata whatever.
I think we really should get one or two rocking in Bombay too.

Question: You need 3 temples to build the Synagogues etc. If you have 6 temples, can you build two synagogues?

Question: You need 3 temples to build the Synagogues etc. If you have 6 temples, can you build two synagogues?
yup ~ for every 3 temples you have of a religion, you can build that religion's "cathedral"

Played a really quick and crappy set. Didn't keep track of everything.

Started out making some trades with some useless and outdated techs to backfill our techs, one of which was Monarchy. I swapped to HR and made some wineries. Made some resource trades as well. Once Education was in I started several universities. I also teched Metal Casting to open forges and the lower part of the tech tree. We received a scientist out of Delhi and I put him to sleep to use later. Put all scientists back to work in field for some infra builds. Set slider to 0% while researching nationalism. We need to get to Democracy for emancipation powered cottage growth and the Taj is always nice for a free Golden Age. I also founded our two remaining cities for a total of 9 allowing us to build every cathedral in our 3 cultural cities. We should start focusing on building all the religious buildings, not the cathedrals though, and spreading each religion. Almost everything else can wait. Having 5 temples in each city will allow a large happy cap.

I can take it tonight. I leave for a week vacation as of Sat. morning.

Any word on why not for the cathedrals?

Not a lot to report.

The build queues were already set-up for the critical cities.

I basically built missionaries and spread the love...

There's a few comments in there. Ran the min part of min/max research, so we're ready for some max
