He was never the full ruler in his own right, but he held various high-ranking titles, including tlacochcalcatl (second-in-command of the armies, behind the emperor) and cihuacoatl (roughly equivalent to a vizier).
First is Guge, a medieval kingdom of Tibet. The leader I chose is Yeshe-Ö, who— first as a king, and then as a monk after he abdicated the throne— played a pivotal part in reintroducing Buddhism to the Tibetan Plateau after it had fallen out of favor.
The second civ needs no introduction: it's Romulus, the man who founded Rome!
These are very well done its actually strange to see "Roman Kingdom" because its not really as well known in terms of History but its how rome began, and I don't think anyone ever made a civ out of it. So kudos Tophatpaladin
