We should be able to help allies at war with an opponent by giving them the location of troops etc.... This as well as being able to trade units would make allies really beneficial- maybe you could plan your attacks with an opponent e.g lets invade Russia in ten turns etc...

should not be too hard to implement. You can trade maps, so after you investigate another civ and learn his troop placements, place them on a map and sell it.

Good then they should do it? Is conquests really coming out in September in the UK

I love the idea of trading knowledge. I'd also like to see actual trades so that I can see what the going rate is.
