General Notes and Plans
Teal Torpedo arrived in Dusty Harbor. We can upgrade to Transport for 210 gold. I did not. The Gong ship Edmund Fitzgerald had moved next to Teal Torpedo on their turn. I don't want them to see us upgrade to Transport. So I sent Teal Torpedo back to the mainland to upgrade.

I don't see any Rubber in The Council. They do have 2 native sources of Oil, their city The Bayou is built on one source, the other is on a tundra tile.
Two of the Babe Islands have Rubber. The third's center tile is still under the fog.

There are a number of BABE ships to the N of Dusty Harbor and S of FreeToes. I set up a costal blockade to discourage a potential landing. Next turn, Fortress of Meleet will produce a cruiser, and so if there is war, we can start sinking Frigates. On the other hand, they may be sailing for The Council.

New Transport is named LS-001, since the Lydia Sutherland was the first of the new class of ships.

Something happened at Debt-Free to fire the hard-hats and hire a clown. It wasn't growth.

Our Spice deal with Gong offically ends this turn.

One thing to mention with this, which will make it more expensive. We do not see Sugar Mountain or Dark Side of the Moon, the two cities that house Gong's wonders. I expect we'll see them on the city screens, and then we can investigate them, too.
