[v150] Sudden Bug with aluminium

Hey,

I've just finished my research on computers or started the research on lasers as the following bug occured:
As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have only 7 aircraft but the ressource info tab suddenly says there are 15 aluminium used. There is only a total of 11 aluminium by mining (1 or 2 aluminium each mine) and there is no aluminium trading going on.
The bug did not vanish until end of the game.

Did you build hydro plants?

Yes, there are 5 hydro plants in my cities but they don't require aluminium to build.

I know spaceship factories require it, rocket artillery used to and may or may not now. Solar plants may also require it.

The "resources used" number comes directly from the vanilla "player:GetNumResourceUsed"... so whatever's causing it probably has a logical explanation. Could you post the savefile?
