Why no Wii or PC version?

This is so baffling, the Wii is the best selling system this generation and the controls would be perfect.

And the PC is where every other installment of Civ has been on, and is arguably the biggest market for it.

So I am forced to get the DS version....

They would have gotten far, far more sales from Wii & PC, then from PS3/360. They should have not even bothered with a PS3/360 version and just done Wii & PC.

These have already been answer many times. The quick answer is Firaxis doesn't have the man power to develop for all the systems so Wii version had to be dropped.
Leaving out Japan market (since Civ series doesn't sale in Japan) the 360/ps3 owner base is a lot bigger than the Wii alone. The same with DS owner base is larger than PSP so there's no PSP version either.

They have stated if 360/Ps3 sales are good they will probably continue the Wii version so don't give up hope yet.
Rev was built with consoles in mind using it's controllers instead of keyboard/mouse. They claim they didn't want anyone to mistaken Rev as a sequel to Civ4 so there is no plans to bring it to the PC.

yea, revolution isn't suppose to take the place of civ 4 as civ 5 or something, so to nt confuse the market, no pc version

the reason why theres no PC version is because PC doesn't stand for personal console, and this is a console game,


these questions have been asked countless times, you needn;t have bothered us with this, you could have jsut searched for the answer
