I know this thread is old, but I hope someone can help. When installing Civ3MultiTool gets

I hope you are doing well! This is Grandpa Troll, from years over at Apolyton.

I am doing some CIV III Conquests playing, having a problem though, I am looking for an editor to either alter a save game or maybe open an ongoing game to change terrain, I am running WIN 8 64 bit OS with 6 core processor, do you know if an editor is available?
