    I'm not sure, you could check the function itself and find out, probably some where in a C++ file in the DLL, but that might take too much time. So you could just try different numbers and see the outcome, for example make the numbers be (26, 26, 26, 6) and then change the 6 to 26, if anything changes you will know that the last number affects it.

    Thank, but I figured out another way to have an event from france to vichy france
    @Louis the XIV because there is a problem. Since there are no graphics of Polish units from the 16th century, e.g. Polish Nobleman/Magnate, chosen infantry (piechota wybraniecka), Zagończyk, please make these graphics.

    I also don't know what Zagończyk is so could you please be more specific?

    The main issue is that I'd not be able to test it, which would make this a real pain in the rear.

    I also can't plug the code elsewhere. At the moment the event is tied to the building of an improvement. It would require to move the code to... er... onBeginPlayerTurn instead,

    which is not that recommended, since this will run often. Then I need to keep track of the turn, then check all the plots within the players territory, if there's a fort, if there's no enemy unit in it, and then spawn the militia. So this requires a bit more logic, which I can't test :/, sorry :(.
