By the Gods... Can you or someone else tell me what the hell Vanilla is? I am new to the forum and would very much appreciate it if someone could tell me where I could read up on the mod.
Yo, I know that you can pause production of a wonder to build something else, but certain domestic wonders (ie: Forbidden Palace) cannot be switched to another city after started by any way that I know - short of the city being captured.
Question? I, being relatively new to the forum (not civ), would really like to try out your mod, but I am left with two questions.... Is it compatible with Warlords? and where do you place the mod file to make it work on the civ platform?

Isn't neutral spelt "N-E-U-T-R-A-L"? I don't mean to be anal, but if you are going to spend so much time building a mod, I am sure you have time to do a spell check. Lol.
Not to mention, if you are playing an epic or marathon game, you could be saving yourself 3-5 turns every civic switch. In addition, half costs for temples!!! Are you kidding me??? If you are short of luxuries and want to let your cities grow (generating commerce and production) you are going to...
Actually, it doesn't take much thought. You need a measure of balance... Early in the game happiness is a problem (still connecting resources or lack of calendar), so having a ton of farm land will make the city grow too fast and you may not have the production to get the buildings built...
Tell me your fav unique unit, and why your unit choice is the best. And if there were a UU that you would like to be able to give to a different civ, mention that too. Personally, I believe that the Fast Worker is the penultimate of UUs for a million reasons, so I shall just name the highlights...
I love Ramesses II; however, I believe that a civ's usefulness is only as effective as the player/player's style. Pray tell, what style of game are we talking about? Do you like to build wonders or caputure them with an army? Your question is too riddled with contingenies to provide a well...
The only time it would be useful is if you have a city/cities that can almost build modern armor in a turn (or whatever unit you are trying to build). However, I would rather use my warlord on a single unit making him an assassin: commando, with extra move and leadership. Or even adding the +2...
Use troops that counter your opponents'. If he has horsemen, use spearman or phalanx; if he has melee units, use units built with a bonus fighting melee units. The key is to build catapults (bombard): throw them against a stack... It will weaken your opponents' units, and then, kill'em all!!!
Seriously? Dude, it is better to build Wall Street and or oxford in religious centers with flood plains than there. That city is great for cash in earlier eras, but it lacks the long-term benefits of flood plains with religion. A religious center can earn one gold per every city spread to; in...
