That is exactly the problem..... the other player can adjust then accept the new proposal in their own turn... You never get a "counter offer proposed" message as it has already been accepted...... Multiplayer is dead till it is fixed

Can anyone yet confirm if the "Bugs" associated with the Hotseat in Civ III have been fixed? By that I mean the lack of a "Turn Update" so that Every Player get to see or is informed of anything that happens between their turns. Such as Wonder Builds, Declaration of Wars, Defeats, Attacks etc

I have heard talk of a team from Japan entering the Super 12, so I guess entry into the Tri-Nations would follow when they have improved enough. While promotion and relegation may have some merit, I think the Pacific Islands, USA & Canada deserve their own stand alone competition. The RWC...

I’m sorry if this has been covered somewhere else but Has C3C fixed the problems with Hotseat. Are some players still kept in the dark about what is happening in the game? (unit movements, attacks, Wonder Builds, War declarations etc) Any help will be appreciated.
