Is there any way but manually to have a military vessel accompany a trade vessel in Civ 5?

It's the Mac version (from the App store)—on the same screen where you choose Single or Multiplayer there is a link for DLS—going there, I clicked a number of additional scenarios—It seemed to accept my choices; but, I didn't see any billing info………

I'm retired so I do Civ like 9 hours a day

Don't know where to put my question—sorry if this is in response to something completely different ( maybe someone can move it… ) I have Civ 5 on a Mac—I just used the in-game DLC and got a number of extras… Anyone know how I'll be billed??
