I have fixed the problem, I just created a new Steam Account, and all is well, thanks for all your help in this matter.

I figered it out, I turned off user control, I am now able to play Civ V in Direct X 10/11, Thanks for all your help in this matter.

I have said Yes to allow it to make changes, it still will not start with direct x 10/11, all it does is repeat the question. Yes I have tried Running Steam as Admin, still asking same question. How do you get Civ V to run as Admin?

Reinstalled Steam and Civ V, I cannot get Direct X 10/11 to work, Getting User Account Control Message: Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?, I do not know how to fix this problem.

Uninstalled Steam and Civ V and Supreme Commander 2, now Steam account unassable because I did not update my E-Mail Account, I do not know how to fix problem.

Ineresting Game, I see you went for the War way, I an also Playing Babalon as me first game, I am going a different route, I have no wars going on, I have stayed out of all wars so far, I am at peace with all remaining Civs. Playing on 2 Easeist level, this is the level I play on, Game Started...

Civ V is now working fine, I do not know what caused the problem, thanks all who helped me out.

Unable to play Civ V at all. I have a Intel Core I7 Processor, 8 GB of Ram, ATI Radeon 5770 1 GB of Video Memory. Yet Game will not Start at all. Video Driver Updated, Direct X 11 Downloaded and Installed. Still unable to get game to run at all, Please help. System is Windows 7 64-Bit Version.:mad:

:mad:Help, I cannot get Civ V to Run at all. Called 2KGames Support, They said nobody can get the Game to Play Becuase the Servers are overloaded, is this true. Video Card Drivers Updated, Direct X 11 Downloaded and Installed, still nothing, no start screen, no nothing. I need help.
