I assume that is happening because the less ideal great works are being put up, which while it temporally lowers your tourism, can lead to theming bonuses. I never go for CV though so my understanding of the tourism mechanics is limited.

He said it's a bugfix, so I assume it was intended behavior not working properly.

ilteroi has fixed the auto exploring issue and reverted the human movement in minor territory change. I suspect there will be a hotfix soon.

Another issue I'd like to see fixed before this version of Vox Populi is considered stable is the adviser panel crash. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if there wasn't a hotkey for it.

It's such a flavorful and unique civ. Looking forward to playing them.
