    I'll look into it. You can change the size of the arctic ocean in the map settings, a large arctic ocean should result in less land in polar regions.

    Did you install Vox Populi or Community Patch? All of the changes you mentioned are intended in Vox Populi. Edit: Oh, of course, it you play the game in Polish the texts are not updated correctly. VP only changes the English lines of text, you need to switch the game language to English.

    Normal puppets can't build any buildings with resource requirements, but Venice is an exception. It would be bad for Venice AI civs if their puppets couldn't build anything that need resources. I'm not sure if the AI is able to invest to switch production.

    Well, the point of puppets is that you can't choose what they build. If you want to control city production, annex the city.

    Yeah I agree, that shouldn't happen. I changed it in the code, in the next version puppets will no longer build projects that are limited in number.

    You can put it into Assets/Maps, it'll work fine, but note that the text of some of the map options will be missing ("TXT_KEY_MAP_OPTION_FRAGMENTED" will be displayed instead of "Fragmented").

    Pathfinding doesn't understand that Ordos restore moves, that's why the tactical AI can't take it into account (and the paths in the UI are incorrect). That should indeed be fixed, and so should Mongolia not building enough Skirmishers... After the 4uc integration we should have more time again...
