That's a bug that happens when you download the mod from GitHub. Open the scenario file in Notepad++ and go to Edit > End of Line Conversion > Windows and save the file, it should fix the scenario.
Maybe use the Gaesatae as the UU?
For the chariot unit, I belive there's already a Celtic Chariot (forgot the name though) in-game, though it's unused.
Hmm, that's Mumbay in the top right, so I guess you added an Oman civ then? Oh also, there's a bug with the region name for the Teotihuacan UHV, it's not displaying correctly neither in the UHV screen nor on the tile information.
I have revised my Iceland suggestion, and following the criticisms given, I removed one of the peaks, changed some of the Moorlands to Tundra, and removed 1 Sheep, the Horses and Fur. I also added the Vestmanneyjar Islands in the south coast.
Okay, so after reading trough the new developments and suggestions, especially on Scandinavia, I got inspired to give a shot at Iceland and Greenland, especially since the former is still the same as in the old map, and so I came up with this:
Green: Moorland; Not much to say about Iceland in...
Thinking about that, and maybe going a bit off-topic here, but we could even extend the city conquest event (decision between conquering it and razing it) to add a "sack" option, which would damage buildings, maybe cause some unhapiness/extra turns for ocupation, but net more gold for the conqueror.
Wait so we won't have Guatemala in the game? What about Southern Brazil? I mean, we NEED it as an independent civ to better represent the period following the Indepence of Brazil.
In that case, a "simpler" solution would be to add an intermediate level of stability, Ocupied/Conquered level, which would be flexible. After a certain time or certain city culture level, a foreign tile can change into a Conquered one, which would impact stability less so than a foreign one...
Talking about the textures, I sugget using the Semi-Desert one for Steppe terrains, while SD would be a fix of grass and rocky-desert patches, not sure if I made myself clear about it.
