    Rate of Fire

    According to the manual artillery has a BRF of 12.2.3. The F is supposed to stand for rate of fire. So artillery has a rate of fire of 3. I would assume this means I should get to fire each artillery piece 3 times which is not the case. Does anyone know what the rate of fire means or how...
